Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bbb4 platform — including the website at bbb4.org, the sportsbook, the online casino, live dealer tables, crash games, or any associated mobile or desktop interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bbb4 (the platform operator). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bbb4 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bbb4's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bbb4. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

bbb4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at bbb4.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the bbb4 platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bbb4 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bbb4 does not permit access to any person under 18, and we take all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You have not previously been excluded from bbb4 or any associated platform, and no self-exclusion request made by you is currently active.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are aware that gambling involves financial risk.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bbb4 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

bbb4 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures for all new accounts. As part of this process, you may be required to submit valid identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm your age and identity. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bbb4 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a valid account. Account registration is free and available to eligible players in Bangladesh.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify bbb4 promptly of any changes.

bbb4 operates a strict one account per person policy. Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bbb4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbb4 support immediately at [email protected]. bbb4 will not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

KYC Verification

bbb4 may request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle — including at registration, upon making a first withdrawal, or whenever our compliance team deems it necessary. Supported documents include Bangladesh National Identity Cards (NID), passports, and utility bills for address verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

bbb4 provides a range of deposit and withdrawal options tailored to players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bbb4 is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bbb4 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the mobile network load at the time of the transaction. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to process.

All deposit funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. bbb4 reserves the right to return deposits to their source and suspend the associated account if third-party funding is detected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are available to players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bbb4 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts during standard operating periods. Processing times during public holidays, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other high-volume periods may be extended.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you request a change through the account settings panel and the change has been verified by the bbb4 finance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and unauthorised fund transfers.

Transaction Limits

bbb4 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on individual payment methods. Current limits are displayed within the bbb4 cashier interface at the time of each transaction. These limits may be adjusted at bbb4's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players through platform notifications or email.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bbb4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the bonus validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account automatically.

Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. bbb4 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been activated by the player.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or collusion between players — constitutes bonus abuse. bbb4 monitors accounts for such activity and will void bonuses, forfeit related winnings, and close accounts where abuse is confirmed.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the bbb4 platform, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one bbb4 account simultaneously.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of criminal activity.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the bbb4 platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults on the platform. Any winnings gained as a result of a known or suspected platform error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event listed on the bbb4 sportsbook.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bbb4 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction through your payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering on the platform.

bbb4 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that is suspected to be in violation of these obligations. During an investigation, account withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. The outcome of bbb4's internal investigation will be final and binding.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the bbb4 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bbb4 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bbb4 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the bbb4 platform or its content without the express written permission of bbb4.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on any part of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on the bbb4 platform, brand, or any game content displayed through the platform.
• Use the bbb4 name, logo, or brand assets in any external publication, advertisement, or communication without prior written authorisation.

Game content displayed on bbb4 — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. bbb4 displays this content under licensing agreements with those providers. Players may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any game content.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbb4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bbb4 platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

bbb4 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. bbb4 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible, but does not accept liability for losses incurred during unplanned downtime.

All games on the bbb4 platform use certified random number generators supplied by licensed game studios. bbb4 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or betting event. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose the funds you deposit. By using the platform, you accept this risk fully and unconditionally.

Governing Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of these Terms, your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, you should contact bbb4's customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bbb4 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly through its internal resolution process. The decision of bbb4 following its internal investigation process is final and binding on both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of those remaining provisions.
